AXO-8 · Services
Business processes and a CRM your team can use.
For companies where enquiries, customer information and tasks live in different places. AXO-8 reviews the workflow, defines statuses and ownership, then connects one agreed part of the process.
Discuss one concrete workflow ↗What we build
Enquiry to record to owner
Turn a form submission or incoming message into a contact or opportunity with its source, owner and next task. Define what happens when required information is missing.
A CRM that fits the workflow
Agree sales stages, required fields, access rights and everyday use. Compare a spreadsheet, an existing CRM and a custom solution against the actual requirements.
Visible tasks and failures
Show what is waiting, who owns it and where a transfer failed. Reporting distinguishes form submissions, received contacts, proposals and closed deals.
Delivery and handover
Start with one repeated process and a named owner. Map its inputs, steps and outputs, build the agreed connections and test ordinary cases, duplicates, missing information and failed transfers. Handover includes the agreed access, documentation and error handling.
How we measure
Record the baseline and compare time spent, missing records, duplicate contacts, overdue tasks and failed transfers. A working integration is a technical result; its business effect needs separate observation.
Requirements and limits
We review available interfaces, data migration, licences, permissions and maintenance for your tools. AI is useful where text needs interpretation; simple field transfers or reminders can use ordinary rules.
Price and timing
The proposal defines the selected process, integrations, data migration, access roles, training and ongoing maintenance. Price and schedule follow that scope and access review. We do not sell a universal AXO-8 CRM package.
Before we start
Delivery is by Rok Meško and Aleksej Koleš at AXO-8. Review the documented projects and related services to check fit.
Does process automation always need AI?
No. Field transfers, reminders and rule-based assignments can work without AI. AI may help classify text or prepare drafts when its limits and checks are explicit.
Will you replace our existing tools?
Not automatically. We first review what you use, the available integrations and where work gets stuck. Replacement is proposed when the existing tools cannot reasonably support the agreed process.
How is this different from a custom system?
This service connects and organises a defined workflow using suitable existing tools. A custom system is considered when the process needs functionality those tools cannot reasonably provide.
Start with the part that needs attention.
Bring your website or current workflow, the problem you want to solve and who will own the process. We use that to agree a useful scope.
