Give every open proposal an owner and a next step.

For teams that already receive enquiries and send proposals, but manage further contact from memory, inboxes or disconnected spreadsheets. We organise statuses and ownership, then add useful reminders or agreed messages.

What we build

After a proposal is sent

Record the owner, proposal date, current status and next contact. Flag open opportunities that have no follow-up task.

When someone replies

Stop the sequence when the customer replies, declines or accepts. Let the salesperson take over or move the next task.

Before an appointment

Use the correct meeting details and a way to reschedule or cancel. Track actual attendance separately from reminders sent.

Delivery and handover

We map your existing process, agree events, channels and stop rules, then build the selected reminders or sequences. Before release, we test replies, cancellations, duplicate events and failed sends. Your team receives ownership and operating guidance.

How we measure

Compare proposals without a next task, completed contacts, replies, appointments and confirmed deals over comparable periods. More messages sent do not by themselves demonstrate an improvement, and closed deals are not guaranteed.

Requirements and limits

Accurate statuses, contact details and a responsible salesperson come first. A reply must stop automated follow-up. We agree message approval and exception handling before enabling automatic sends. Cold prospecting from purchased lists is outside this service.

Price and timing

Cost and timing depend on the existing records, integrations, channels, sequence complexity and approval requirements. The proposal separates setup, licences, usage and maintenance. A new CRM is not automatically required.

Before we start

Delivery is by Rok Meško and Aleksej Koleš at AXO-8. Review the documented projects and related services to check fit.

Do we need a new CRM?

Not necessarily. We review your current records and integration options first. A spreadsheet with clear ownership and reminders may be enough for a small team.

Can a salesperson approve messages?

Yes. The scope can include draft preparation with manual approval, automatic tasks, or sending only for selected events.

How do we know it helps?

Record a baseline and compare missed next steps, responses, attended appointments and confirmed deals in comparable periods. Keep delivery errors and duplicate records visible.

Start with the part that needs attention.

Bring your website or current workflow, the problem you want to solve and who will own the process. We use that to agree a useful scope.
